以对苯乙烯磺酸钠、丙烯酸钠为原料,以2-溴丙酸为引发剂,采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP),在水相介质中室温条件下合成出聚羧酸类减水剂。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)等测试方法对聚合物的结构进行表征与分析,通过净浆流动度研究了反应时间和产物性能之间的关系。结果表明,成功地合成出了具有嵌段结构的聚羧酸类高效减水剂,并且当反应时间取24h时,产物的性能较好。
Using sodium p-styrene sulfonate and sodium acrylate as raw materials and 2-bromopropionic acid as initiator, atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) was used to synthesize polycarboxylate superplasticizer at room temperature in aqueous medium . The structure of the polymer was characterized and characterized by means of FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The relationship between reaction time and product properties was studied by the flowability of the paste. The results showed that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer with block structure was successfully synthesized, and the performance of the product was better when the reaction time was 24 h.
