为了了解我国当前初中科学教师的科学教育观,为科学教师职前培养和职后培训提供参考,运用问卷的方式,对浙江省10个地区及青海省11个市县的科学教师进行调查。通过对学校科学教育基本情况、科学教育理念、科学教学目标、科学教学内容以及科学教学方式和方法五大维度的调查,反观科学教师科学教育观存在的一系列问题。这些问题的存在,将直接影响我国科学教育的改革与发展,影响科学教育质量和水平的提高,影响科学教师的专业化发展。为此,在科学教师培养和培训中,需针对这些问题,采取有效措施,实现科学教师专业化。
In order to understand the current science education view of science teachers in junior middle schools in our country, provide reference for pre-service training and post-training training for science teachers, and investigate the science teachers in 10 districts in Zhejiang Province and 11 cities and counties in Qinghai Province by means of questionnaires. By investigating the five basic dimensions of science education in schools, the concept of science education, the goal of science teaching, the contents of science teaching and the methods and methods of scientific teaching, the paper presents a series of questions about the scientific education concept of science teachers. The existence of these problems will directly affect the reform and development of science education in our country, affect the quality and level of science education, and affect the specialization of science teachers. Therefore, in the training and training of science teachers, we must take effective measures to address these issues and realize the professionalization of science teachers.
