常用射孔布孔方案可分为单孔(单母线),2孔,4孔(螺旋布孔),6孔,8孔等几种方案。射孔管的挤毁压力可以用poro=Kpcs表示。文章认为,苏联依列敏柯提出的油井套管挤毁压力计算方法正确地反映了管的挤毁实质,并且其计算值与实脸值吻合较好,因此采用依列敏柯法计算按照杆管相似理论并考虑到孔边的应力集中效应,作者推导出射孔管挤毁压力降低系数K值的计算公式。用16个不同布孔方案的N-80外径D=5(2/1)″管试件作了试验,试验结果与计算值吻合较好。本文并探讨了射孔管参数及布孔方案对K值的影响。
Commonly used perforation perforated program can be divided into single hole (single bus), 2 holes, 4 holes (spiral cloth hole), 6 holes, 8 holes and other programs. Perforated tube collapse pressure can be used poro = Kpcs said. The article argues that the calculation method of casing collapse pressure put forward by Lie-Min Ke correctly reflects the collapse of the tube and its calculated value is in good agreement with the real face value. Therefore, according to Lieke’s method, Tube similarity theory and taking into account the stress concentration effect at the edge of the hole, the author deduces the calculation formula of the pressure drop coefficient K of the collapse of the perforated pipe. Sixteen different holes with N-80 outer diameter D = 5 (2/1) were tested with the test results in good agreement with the calculated values.This paper also discussed the parameters of perforated pipe and the layout of the holes Effect on K value.
