[Objectives] To study the effects of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction( GXBD) on blood lipid content,anti-oxidant enzyme activity and inflammatory factor expression of hyperlipidemia mice. [Methods] 60 pieces of male Kunming variety mice were used. 10 pieces were randomly taken as normal standard group( NS),and the rest 50 pieces were fed with fat feeds. The hyperlipidemia model was established. According to blood lipid levels,they were divided into model standard group( MS),GXBD 13. 12 g / kg group,6. 56 g / kg group,3. 28 g / kg group,and Simvastatin( XFTT) 0. 004 g / kg group,each group had 10 mice,continuous administration was carried out for 8 weeks. In 24 h after final administration,TC,TG,HDL-C,CRP and LDL-6 in serum were measured,and SOD,GSH-Px,and MDA level in serum and liver tissue were measured. [Results] The TG,TC,and LDL-C level of the serum in model group were significantly higher than the normal standard group,while HDL-C level was significantly lower than the normal standard group( P < 0. 05). Besides,TG,TC,LDL-C,MDA,CRP,IL-6 level of serum and MDA level of liver tissue were significantly lower than the model group( P < 0. 05),while HDL-C,SOD,and GSHPx of serum and liver tissue were higher than the model group( P < 0. 05). [Conclusions] GXBD has significant function of adjusting blood lipid of hyperlipidemia mice,and the action mechanism is possibly related with its functions of improving anti-oxidant ability and inhibiting inflammatory reaction.
