一、研究背景大学生在周末和假期中兼职不仅给大学生带来额外收益,更重要的是能够给大学生带来社会经验。当然随之而来越来越多的大学生兼职中权益被侵害事件也屡屡发生,此处所指的权益受侵害主要是:拖欠工资、压低薪酬、延长工作时间、扣押身份证件、工作过程中人身被侵害等情形。本次调研通过对所掌握数据的有效分析,得出大学生在兼职过程中存在的共性问题。从辽宁省沈阳市主要高校实际出发,调查大学生兼职中侵权情况现状,发现并分析大学生兼职权益受侵害现状及原因,
