目的 :探讨亚甲蓝染色法寻找泪囊侧泪小管断端在泪小管吻合术中的应用价值。方法 :采用亚甲蓝染色法寻找泪囊侧下泪小管断端 ,进行泪小管吻合术。结果 :2 7例 2 7眼下泪小管断裂 ,泪囊侧下泪小管断端经亚甲蓝染色标记明显 ,2 7眼中 2 6眼 (96 .30 % )找到泪囊侧断端 ,吻合手术顺利。随访 3～ 6月 ,2 6眼中手术成功 2 4眼 (92 .30 % ) ,好转 1眼 (3.85 % ) ,未愈 1眼 (3.85 % )。结论 :采用亚甲蓝染色法 ,染色标记明显 ,寻找泪小管断端省时、方便 ,有助于泪小管吻合术的进行 ,在临床上有一定的应用价值
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the value of methylene blue staining in finding the end of dacryocystorhinolaryngio-tubule in lacrimal duct anastomosis. Methods: Methylene blue staining was used to look for the end of the lacrimal sac on the side of lacrimal canaliculus, and to perform lacrimal canal anastomosis. Results: 27 cases of 27 cases of lacrimal canaliculus rupture, lacrimal sac side of the canaliculi stained with methylene blue stain marked 2 27 eyes (96 .30%) to find the lacriminal sac, the anastomosis was successful . During 3 to 6 months follow-up, 24 eyes (92.30%) were successful in 26 eyes, 1 eye (3.85%) improved, and 1 eye (3.85%) failed to heal. Conclusion: Methylene blue staining method, staining marked, find the punctured end of the canaliculus save time and convenience, is conducive to the operation of lacrimal duct anastomosis, in the clinical application of a certain value
