在全球化和知识经济以及中国社会转型的背景下,中国公共管理正在经历着路径的转变,从“发展主义”转向“以人为本”。企业管理也正在进行一场由经验管理,科学管理向文化管理的转变,企业文化是企业生存发展的重要资源和宝贵财富,企业的竞争又更多体现为企业文化的竞争,而企业文化的竞争重点在于企业中人的竞争,因此“以人为本”在现代企业管理中表现的尤为重要.本文旨在对“以人文本”在中西方企业管理中的应用进行研究;最后,通过对中西方不同的“以人为本”思想在企业管理中的应用,分析中国企业管理中的不足,为未来“以人文本”思想在中国企业管理中更好的运用提出建议。
In the context of globalization and knowledge economy and the social transformation in China, public management in China is experiencing a shift in path from “developmentalism” to “people-oriented”. Corporate management is also undergoing a transition from experience management and scientific management to cultural management. Corporate culture is an important resource and valuable asset for the survival and development of enterprises. Competition among enterprises is reflected more in the competition of corporate culture while competition in corporate culture The emphasis is on the competition among the people in the enterprise, so “people-oriented” is particularly important in modern enterprise management.This paper aims to study the application of “humanistic” in the management of enterprises in China and western countries. Finally, The different “people-oriented” thinking in Chinese and Western countries in the application of business management, analysis of the inadequacies in the management of Chinese enterprises, make recommendations for the better use of “humanistic” thinking in Chinese business management in the future.
