本文首先论述了精密陀螺轴承的表面润湿性对形成弹性流体润滑有重要作用,所以应设法提高轴承的表面能,改善轴承表面润湿性,使轴承保证流体润滑状态,有助于延长轴承寿命。本文对润湿性好的轴承表面从各方面深入进行了试验研究探讨。试验结果表明润湿性好的试片及轴承摩擦系数低,耐磨性好。润湿性好的轴承容易形成油膜而在噪音和振动上没有表现出特殊情况。对润湿性好的轴承表面结构通过金相试验、软x射线光电能谱议,气相色谱法等试验进行了深入研究。结果认为用磷酸三甲酚酯处理后得到润湿性好的表面形成FePO_4、·2H_2O·对流体润滑很有利。因此认为采用磷酸三甲酚酯处理轴承表面可以改善轴承表面润湿性,有助于延长轴承寿命。
In this paper, firstly, the surface wettability of precision gyroscopic bearing plays an important role in forming elastic fluid lubrication. Therefore, we should try to improve the surface energy of bearing and improve the wettability of bearing surface so that the bearing can ensure fluid lubrication and prolong bearing life . In this paper, a good wettability of the bearing surface in-depth from all aspects of the experimental study. The test results show that the good wettability of the specimen and the bearing friction coefficient is low, good wear resistance. Good wettability of the bearing easy to form a film in the noise and vibration did not show any special circumstances. The wettability of the bearing surface structure by metallographic test, soft X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, gas chromatography and other tests conducted in-depth study. The results showed that the treatment with tricresylphosphate to obtain wettability of the surface to form FePO 4, · 2H 2 O · is very beneficial to the fluid lubrication. Therefore, the use of phosphate ester tricresylate treatment of bearing surface can improve the bearing surface wetting, helps to extend the bearing life.
