目的探讨可行、有效的医用B超探头消毒方法。方法采集超声诊断仪探头监测标本共45份,随机分成使用非杀菌型耦合剂组(对照组)、使用杀菌型耦合剂组(实验组1)和使用非杀菌型耦合剂清洁消毒干预组(实验组2),各组均为15例,对监测标本进行细菌计数。结果非杀菌型耦合剂探头细菌总数超标率为93%,培养出金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌等致病菌及医院感染常见菌;杀菌型耦合剂探头细菌总数超标率为3%,未检出致病菌;清洁消毒干预组(非杀菌型耦合剂)探头细菌总数超标率为2%,未检出致病菌。结论杀菌型耦合剂有明显的消毒杀菌作用,B超探头进行种清洁消毒也可达到较好效果。
Objective To explore a feasible and effective method for sterilizing medical ultrasound probe. Methods A total of 45 samples were collected from the probe of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and randomly divided into non-sterilized coupling agent group (control group), sterilized coupling agent group (experimental group 1) and non-sterilized coupling agent cleaning and disinfection intervention group Group 2), 15 cases in each group, the bacteria were counted for monitoring samples. Results The non-bactericidal coupling agent probe exceeded 93% of the total number of bacteria, and cultivated pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and nosocomial common bacteria. The total bactericidal coupling agent probe exceeded 3% No pathogen was detected. The total number of bacteria exceeded 2% in the cleaning and disinfection intervention group (non-bactericidal couplant), and no pathogen was detected. Conclusion The bactericide-based coupling agent has obvious disinfection and sterilization effects, and the B-probe can be cleaned and disinfected better.
