山西省柳林县南寺沟流域,总面积13.61平方公里,沟壑密度每平方公里4公里,属典型的黄土丘陵沟壑区。流域所属贺家坡乡9个行政村,2128人,8335亩农耕地。1983年列入三川河重点治理以来,贺家坡乡政府加强了工作领导,坚持治管并重的原则,取得了可喜的成绩。截至1988年底止,六年共完成初步治理面积18740亩,平均年治理度达11.4％,治理措施保存率达到75％,其中基本农田保存率为99.8％,造林保存率为84.2％,种草保存率为38.8％。
Liulin County, Shanxi Province, Nam Si Gou drainage basin, with a total area of 13.61 square kilometers, gully density of 4 kilometers per square kilometer, is a typical loess hill gully area. Hejiapo basin belongs to nine administrative villages, 2128 people, 8335 acres of agricultural land. Since the inclusion of the Sanchuan River in 1983, the government of Hejiapo Township has strengthened its work leadership and adhered to the principle of equal control of both management and achieved gratifying results. As of the end of 1988, a total of 18,740 mu of primary control area had been completed in the past six years, with an average annual treatment rate of 11.4% and a conservation rate of 75%. The preservation rate of basic farmland was 99.8% and the rate of afforestation was 84.2%. The rate was 38.8%.
