目的 了解不同剂量的胆红素作用下人红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2 +-ATPase活性的变化。探讨胆红素的细胞膜毒性及其机理。方法 洗涤人抗凝红细胞 ,钼酸铵定磷法测定。结果 随着胆红素剂量增加 ,细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2 +-ATPase活性逐渐降低 ,呈现一定剂量~效应关系。当胆红素剂量为 2 5 μmol·L- 1 时 ,对两种酶活性的抑制效应与对照相比有显著性差异。结论 胆红素对细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2 +-ATPase活性均有抑制作用
Objective To investigate the changes of Na + -K + -ATPase and Ca2 + -ATPase activities in human erythrocyte membranes under different doses of bilirubin. To explore the cell membrane bilirubin toxicity and its mechanism. Methods The human anticoagulant erythrocytes were washed and determined by ammonium molybdate determination. Results With the increase of bilirubin dose, the activities of Na + -K + -ATPase and Ca2 + -ATPase gradually decreased, showing a dose-effect relationship. When the dose of bilirubin was 25 μmol·L-1, the inhibitory effect on the activity of the two enzymes was significantly different from the control. Conclusion Bilirubin can inhibit the activity of Na + -K + -ATPase and Ca2 + -ATPase
