目的研究一枝蒿有效部位(AR)对小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法采用二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致小鼠迟发型超敏反应模型、鸡红细胞诱导小鼠血清溶血素生成模型,观察AR对小鼠细胞免疫与体液免疫的影响;用体外实验方法测定AR对小鼠T、B淋巴细胞增殖的影响及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能影响。结果 AR可明显增加小鼠脾指数和胸腺指数、对鸡红细胞诱导的小鼠血清溶血素生成具有促进作用,可促进小鼠T、B淋巴细胞的增殖及增强小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬功能。结论 AR对非特异免疫、细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均有明显的促进作用。
Objective To study the effect of an effective fraction of Artemisia halodendron (AR) on the immune system of mice. Methods The model of delayed-type hypersensitivity induced by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) in mice and the serum hemolysin production model induced by chicken erythrocytes were used to observe the effect of AR on mouse cell and humoral immunity. The in vitro assay was used to determine AR. Effects on proliferation of mouse T and B lymphocytes and phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages. Results AR could significantly increase the spleen index and thymus index of mice, promote the formation of mouse serum hemolysin induced by chicken erythrocytes, promote the proliferation of mouse T and B lymphocytes and enhance the phagocytic function of phagocytic cells in mice. Conclusion AR can significantly promote non-specific immunity, cellular immunity and humoral immunity.
