论述了绕包张力的控制对提高线缆性能指标的重要性,介绍了绕包张力控制的基本原理,并对机械和电气两种绕包张力控制方式进行了比较。电气恒张力控制方式具有脉动性小、精度高的优点,并可实现不停车调节,在提高线缆产品质量方面取得明显的效果,最后对线缆绕包恒张力控制参数的设置进行了介绍。
The importance of winding tension control in improving cable performance is discussed. The basic principle of winding tension control is introduced. The mechanical and electrical winding tension control methods are also compared. The electrical constant tension control method has the advantages of small pulsation, high precision and can realize non-stop adjustment, and has obtained obvious effect in improving the cable product quality. Finally, the setting of constant tension control parameters of the cable winding is introduced.
