诉讼模式是未成年人犯罪诉讼程序构建中的重要问题。从世界范围来看,少年司法经历了从福利模式到惩罚模式再到混合模式的嬗变。目前,混合模式已经成为大多数国家未成年人犯罪诉讼程序发展的方向。
Litigation model is an important issue in the construction of juvenile criminal procedure. Judging from a global perspective, juvenile justice has undergone changes from the welfare model to the punishment model to the hybrid model. At present, the mixed mode has become the direction of juvenile delinquency proceedings in most countries.
