目的:探讨右心室主动电极起搏与被动电极起搏二者之间起搏参数的差异。方法:永久心脏起搏器置入者186例,其中93例为右室间隔部主动电极起搏,93例为右室心尖部被动电极起搏,于置入时测试单极起搏阈值、感知及阻抗,所有患者的起搏脉宽均为0.42ms。结果:有效起搏时主动电极组与被动电极组比较,起搏阈值无差异(1.19±0.25:0.98±0.25)V(P>0.05),被动电极组感知显著高于主动电极组感知(8.57±5.08:7.69±4.21)mV(P<0.05),被动电极组阻抗显著高于主动电极组阻抗(718.6±239.5:656.9±165.5)Ω(P<0.05)。结论:被动电极即刻感知优于主动电极,阻抗则高于主动电极。
Objective: To investigate the difference of pacing parameters between the right ventricular active electrode pacing and the passive electrode pacing. Methods: A total of 186 patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker were enrolled. Of them, 93 patients had active electrode pacing in the right ventricular septum and 93 patients had right ventricular apical passive electrode pacing. The threshold of monopolar pacing And impedance, pacing pulse width of all patients were 0.42ms. Results: There was no difference in pacing threshold (1.19 ± 0.25: 0.98 ± 0.25) vs active electrode group (P> 0.05) between passive electrode group and active electrode group in active pacing group, and 8.57 ± 5.08: 7.69 ± 4.21) mV (P <0.05). The impedance of passive electrode group was significantly higher than that of active electrode group (718.6 ± 239.5: 656.9 ± 165.5) Ω (P <0.05). Conclusion: The passive electrode perceived immediately superior to the active electrode, the impedance is higher than the active electrode.
