目的:血液流变学是研究血液在血管中流动的规律,血液有形成分(细胞)的变形性和无形成分(血浆)的流动性对血液流动的影响以及血管和心脏之间相互作用的科学。血液粘度和红细胞变形能力在维持和调整微循环方面起着重要作用。20世纪70年代以前注重妊娠期血流阻力的变化而忽视血液流变学的作用,近年妊娠期血液流变学的变化逐渐受到重视,许多研究报道了在妊娠期高血压疾病及胎儿生长受限等疾病中母体血流变学的变化。现就近年来正常妊娠及妊娠期高血压疾病血流变学变化的研究进展作一综述。

Now on the recent years, normal pregnancy and pregnancy-induced hypertension, hemorheology changes in the research are reviewed.
