一个善用表扬的领导者必须懂得如何充分地运用表扬以最大限度地发挥个人的领导效力,从而达到最大地激发下属工作积极性,增强集体凝聚力的目的。优秀的领导者不会满足于对个人或集体的优点、长处和成绩作简单的肯定与赞扬,总是善于挖掘表扬的潜力以努力提升表扬的效果。在具体做法上,不妨尝试一下以下几种方法:一善于在表扬中体现一视同仁。二是在表扬中体现激励。三是善于在表扬中传授经验。四善于在表扬中体现鞭策。
