概述了目前存在的几种两体磨料磨损的数学模型 .将 Monte Carlo方法与数值模拟相结合 ,提出了一个新的三维仿真模型 .运用 Monte Carlo方法随机选取磨粒的形状参数 ,采用打靶法生成随机的磨粒表面 ,采用网格剖分法记忆被磨表面的外形 ,为脊的处理以及磨损量的计算提供了一种新的方法 ,在三维空间内模拟了多个磨粒同时参与磨损的随机的动态磨损过程 .将模拟结果和碳钢系列材料的试验结果以及其他研究者的模拟结果进行了比较 ,验证了模型的有效性
A few mathematical models of two-body abrasive wear are summarized. A new three-dimensional simulation model is proposed by combining Monte Carlo method with numerical simulation. Monte Carlo method is used to randomly select the shape parameters of abrasive grains, Random surface of the abrasive grain, meshing the shape of the surface to be ground by meshing, provides a new method for the ridge processing and the calculation of the wear volume. In the three-dimensional space, a number of abrasive particles are simultaneously involved in the wear Random dynamic wear process.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results of carbon steel series of materials and the simulation results of other researchers to verify the validity of the model
