电子皮带秤循环链码多点线性标定装置的自动化是对循环链码的标定进行自动计数、计时、计算绝对误差、相对误差、动态定点和多点线性标定的装置。实物标定是极为可靠的方法,但耗劳力、耗时间,货车过衡、卸料退皮重等工作相当麻烦,在称毛重和称皮重时,如衡器(地磅、轨道衡)发生故障,将给实物标定造成意外的误差。采用在运输皮带上的循环链码标定方法克服了上述弊端,并能基本模拟于实际物料输送状况。由于动态进料不可能是恒定的,而是随着进料波动的先决条件时多时少的,为了更接近物料输送状况,对皮带秤进行多点线性标定是很有必要的,这样才能与实际物料相吻合,在皮带秤上模拟实际物料的重量,不仅能计算出其线性误差,更便于皮带秤的调整,有利于提高实际使用精度。
