以ＴＭ 影象为信息源，建立目视解译标志，对内蒙古东北部２４ 旗（ 市）１９８６ ～１９９６ 年间土地资源开发利用变更进行了调查。总体变化趋势是耕地、林地及城镇面积大幅度增加，水域面积亦有增长，但草地和荒地面积减少。同时，分析评价了土地资源开发利用变更原因和变更对土地资源本身以及对社会、经济和环境的影响。
Taking TM image as the information source, a visual interpretation mark was set up to investigate the change of land resources development and utilization during the period from 1986 to 1996 in the 24 banners (northeast) of Inner Mongolia. The general trend of change is that the area of arable land, forest land and urban area has increased substantially and the area of water area has also increased, but the area of grassland and wasteland has decreased. At the same time, the paper analyzed and evaluated the reasons for the change of land resources development and utilization and the impact on land resources themselves and their social, economic and environmental impacts.
