大约自腊月初八以后,家庭主妇们就要忙着张罗过年的食品了。因为腌制腊味所需的时间较长,所以必须尽早开始。我国许多省份都有腌腊味的习俗,其中又以广东的腊味最为著名。腊味的种类繁多,举凡腊肠、腊肉、腊鸭、腊鱼、风鸡、风肝等,就算自己家中没有腌制,也一定要买上一两样来应应景。腊肉的吃法可以是蒸熟后切片,或者拌蒜苗、辣椒,或是炒青菜吃。在忙碌的年节里,腊味是最简便而可口的一道年菜。
