古田县是银耳之乡,在银耳生产中因遭螨的为害,每年损失达200多万元,其中银耳菌种带螨是造成损失的一个重要方面。银耳菌种带螨除直接取食银耳菌丝,破坏银耳菌丝和香灰菌丝的比例之外,还传播霉菌。由于银耳栽培是密闭式的,一旦害螨侵入菌种,带螨的菌种接入栽培袋,害螨与银耳菌丝混合生长,给防治带来了极大困难。因此,摸清银耳菌种中螨的来源及其种类,提出一套行之有效的制作无螨银耳菌种方法非常必要。笔者在古田县一些制菌专业户的配合下,进行了无螨银耳菌种制作的探索,取得了较好效果。所用的材料及器具有:小型吸尘器,塔式分离器,手提扩大镜,灭螨剂4号,以及常规制作银耳菌种所需材料 Gutian County is a hometown of white fungus, mites in the production of white fungus damage, annual loss of more than 200 million, of which fungus with mites is the loss of an important aspect.
