Maspin(Mammary serine protease inhibitor)基因是Zon等[1]在1994年用消减杂交技术(Subtractive hybridization)对正常乳腺组织及乳腺癌组织进行比较时发现的.近年的研究发现,Maspin基因具有调节细胞浸润、增加细胞黏附力、降低细胞运动能力的功能,而且能够抑制肿瘤细胞生长,诱导其凋亡,抑制肿瘤新生血管生成等,是具有抑癌基因性质的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂编码基因.越来越多的研究表明,Maspin基因在乳腺癌的发生发展、浸润扩散、淋巴结转移等方面起着重要的作用,提示Maspin可能成为肿瘤转移及预后评估的重要指标,也可能为肿瘤的基因治疗提供一条新途径.本文就Maspin基因在乳腺癌中的研究进展作简要综述.
