目的:探讨人工骨粉在与邻牙根影像重叠多生牙摘除中应用的临床效果。方法:选择2009~2012年经治的与邻牙根影像重叠的多生牙7例8颗牙,分成两组。两组均采用弧形切口翻瓣凿骨后完整拔除埋伏多生牙。骨粉组4例4颗牙拔牙后,牙槽窝即刻植入Bio-Oss人工骨粉和Bio-Gide生物膜;对照组3例4颗牙不植入Bio-Oss骨粉和生物膜,仅将新鲜血液充满骨创即关闭手术切口。术后1、2周及1、3、6、12月复查,观察临床效果、X线片检查骨愈合情况、记录邻牙松动度及牙髓活力测试。结果:骨粉组邻牙均未出现松动、无咀嚼疼痛及继发牙髓炎的症状,X线片显示根尖牙周膜间隙正常,无暗影。对照组4例均有不同程度的手术创区邻牙伸长感,咬合痛显著,X线显示根尖牙周膜间隙不同程度增宽,1例邻牙松动,1例继发牙髓炎症状。结论:人工骨粉在邻牙根影像重叠多生牙拔除中应用的临床效果明显。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of artificial bone meal in the treatment of overlapping tooth with adjacent tooth root. Methods: Taken from 2009 to 2012, 7 cases and 8 teeth of multifigures with overlapping images of adjacent tooth root were divided into two groups. The two groups were using arc-incision flaps after complete removal of ambush ablated tooth. Bio-Oss artificial bone meal and Bio-Gide biofilm were implanted into the alveolar fossa immediately after 4 tooth extraction teeth in 4 cases of the bone powder group. In the control group, 3 cases of 4 teeth were not implanted with Bio-Oss bone meal and biofilm, Full of bone that is closed surgical incision. One, two weeks and one, three, six and 12 months postoperatively, the clinical effect, X-ray examination of bone union, and the adjacent tooth mobility and pulp vitality test were recorded. Results: There was no loosening, no chewing pain and secondary pulpitis symptoms in the adjacent teeth of bone powder group. The X-ray films showed normal periodontal membrane gap and no shadow. In the control group, 4 cases had varying degrees of extensor malformations, significant biting pain, X-ray showed widened periodontal membrane gap, 1 case of adjacent tooth loosening and 1 case of secondary pulpitis . CONCLUSION: The clinical effect of artificial bone meal in overlapping tooth extraction of adjacent tooth root is obvious.
