以茵陈二炔为结构母体 ,人工合成了 11个多炔类化合物。采用蜡纸接卵法 ,测定了 11个化合物对亚洲玉米螟Ostriniafurnacalis的产卵驱避活性。结果表明 :当处理浓度为 2 0 μg cm2 时 ,受试的化合物对亚洲玉米螟的产卵行为具有一定程度的驱避作用 ,其中化合物 9(1 苯基 4 甲基 丁二炔 )对亚洲玉米螟产卵驱避作用明显 ,调查处理后的 3天、4天、5天和 6天 ,其产卵驱避率分别为 85 .71%、80 .0 0 %、6 1.2 7%和 6 2 .5 1%。触角电位测定表明 ,受试的 11个化合物对亚洲玉米螟成虫触角感受器具有刺激作用 ,其中化合物 6和化合物 9能强烈地刺激产生高振幅的动作电位。10mg mL浓度处理 ,测得化合物 6触角电位相对值 ,雌、雄虫分别为 6 8.2 2 %和 10 6 .6 0 % ,化合物 9分别为 199.19%和 2 2 0 .6 0 %。经回归分析所测 11个化合物的产卵驱避活性与触角电位反应相对值 ,两者呈现一定程度上的相关性。还讨论了合成的多炔类化合物对亚洲玉米螟可能的作用靶标和结构与活性间的关系。
In this study, 11 multi-acetylenes were synthesized by using acyanidyne as the structural matrix. Oviposition method was used to determine the oviposition repellency of 11 compounds against Ostrinia furnacalis. The results showed that when the concentration was 20 μg cm2, the compounds tested had some repellent effect on the oviposition behavior of Asian corn borer, in which compound 9 (1-phenyl-4-methyl-butadiyne) The repellent effect of oviposition was obvious. The repellent rates of oviposition were 85.71%, 80.0%, 6 1.2 7% and 6 2 respectively after 3, 4, 5 and 6 days of investigation .5 1%. Antennal potentials measurements showed that the 11 compounds tested stimulated adult antennae of the Asian corn borer, and compounds 6 and 9 strongly stimulated the generation of high-amplitude action potentials. 10 mg mL concentration. The relative values of the potential of compound 6 were measured. The male and female insects were 6 8.22% and 106.6% respectively, while the compounds 9 were 199.19% and 220.60% respectively. The regression analysis of the 11 compounds tested oviposition repellent activity and the relative value of the antennal potential response, the two showed a certain degree of correlation. Also discussed the synthesis of poly-acetylene compounds on the Asian corn borer may target the role and the relationship between structure and activity.
