目的探讨二甲双胍作为胰岛素增敏剂对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)合并不孕患者性激素水平的影响及促排卵的治疗效果。方法对2004年6月～2006年6月来我院确诊为PCOS患者80例给予二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗。结果80例中64例(80%)有成熟卵泡发育,56例(70%)有排卵、6例(7.5%)妊娠。结论二甲双胍治疗PCOS的胰岛素抵抗,有效改善高雄激素血症现象,并能有效提高PCOS对克罗米芬的敏感性,增强克罗米芬的促排卵作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of metformin as insulin sensitizer on sex hormones in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) complicated with infertility and the therapeutic effect of ovulation induction. Methods From June 2004 to June 2006, 80 patients diagnosed as PCOS in our hospital were treated with metformin and clomiphene citrate. Results Of the 80 cases, 64 (80%) had mature follicles, 56 (70%) had ovulation and 6 (7.5%) had pregnancy. Conclusion Metformin treatment of PCOS insulin resistance, and effectively improve hyperandrogenism phenomenon, and can effectively improve the sensitivity of PCOS to clomiphene citrate and enhance the role of clomiphene in promoting ovulation.
