近年来随着生物电子学的迅速发展,医学电子工程也应运而生。1987年英国Kent大学首次公开展示了利用骨音传导原理诊断骨折的新技术,随后日本山梨大学骨科井手隆俊教授等对120例骨折病人进行了10周的观察。认为利用骨音传导检查是诊断骨折和人工关节情况极有用的手段,无创性、不受检查地点限制且可重复多次检查,浙江省台州医院骨科与台州师专及台州医药所联合研制了国内第一台骨音诊断仪,为开展骨音诊断方面的研究作了可喜的探索。现将该机原理作扼要介绍。
