写在前面经历了又一个5年的攀登,汗水孕育了新的硕果。“九五”时期,浙江人民充分发扬“自强不息、坚韧不拔、勇于创新、讲求实效”的浙江精神,在省委、省政府的正确领导下,牢牢把握“抓住机遇、深化改革、扩大开放、促进发展、保持稳定”的基本方针,积极推进两个根本转变,努力扩大内需,实现了国民经济的持续快速发展和社会事业的全面进步,较好地完成了“九五”计划目标,成为建国以来经济社会发展最好的历史时期之一。综合实力明显增强,结构调整步伐加快,基础设施建设成效显著,能源、交通等紧张状况基本得到缓解,国民经济整体素质有了新的提高,各项社会事业全面发展,人民生活继续改善。世纪之交,浙江正跨上一个崭新的平台,在即将开始下一个5年的进军时,部分厅局领导对“九五”工作作了一个回顾。 Written in front after another five years of climbing, sweat gave birth to new fruits.
