人为失误是飞行事故的主要起因,减少人为失误可以确保飞行安全和飞行任务的顺利完成,人为失误的产生取决于飞机机组成员工作量的数量和稳定性,机组成员工作量随着时间是变化的,准确评价工作量是一项艰巨的任务。介绍常用的飞机机组成员工作量的评价准则、机组工作量符合性验证过程和波音767飞机机组工作量评定的任务场景设计。可以为民用飞机的驾驶舱设计和最小飞行机组的适航取证工作提供参考和技术支持。
Man-made errors are the main causes of flight accidents. Reducing human error can ensure the flight safety and the successful completion of flying missions. Human error occurs depending on the quantity and stability of the workload of aircraft crew members. The workload of flight crew members varies with time , Accurate assessment of the workload is a difficult task. This paper introduces the commonly used evaluation criteria for the workload of aircraft crew members, the compliance check of crew workload and the mission scenario design of workload assessment for Boeing 767 aircraft. It can provide reference and technical support for cockpit design of civil aircraft and airworthiness certification of the smallest flight crew.
