北京市住房城乡建设委下发《北京市公共租赁住房申请、审核及配租管理办法》(以下简称《办法》),并自2011年12月1日起正式实施。《办法》明确公共租赁住房面向三类城市中低收入家庭配租,同时,《办法》中增加了外地在京工作人员申请公共租赁住房的家庭收入限制条件。
Beijing Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Urban Planning issued the Beijing Municipal Public Rental Housing Application, Audit and Rental Management Measures (hereinafter referred to as “Measures”), and from December 1, 2011 came into effect. The Measures clarify that public rental housing allocates rent to low-and-middle-income families in three types of cities. At the same time, the Measures increase the family income restrictions of foreign staff applying for public rental housing in Beijing.
