为了适应社会经济的发展,特别是近年来治理整顿、深化改革新形势的要求,包头市物资回收公司从基础管理入 手,从专项管理抓起,不断提高企业管理水平,使公司在市场疲软的情况下,取得了较好的经济效益。1989年实现利润305.8万元,购销总额达1.3亿多元,人均全员劳动效率5.73万元;1990年1至4月购销总额4105.9万元,创利润61.4万元。因而多次被商业部评为全国废旧物资系统先进企业。下面介绍公司提高企业管理水平的做法:
