目的:阐明五河地区人体结膜吸吮线虫病与犬感染关系。方法:调查结膜吸吮线虫病的传播媒介和采取控制养犬前后本病流行情况。结果:通过调查于1989年证明了结膜吸吮线虫病的传播媒介为变色纵眼果蝇(Amiota variegata,该种果蝇经重新鉴定,现改称为冈田绕眼果蝇Amiota okadai);1985/2008年五河县发现婴儿人体结膜吸吮线虫病病例17例,其间家犬感染本虫阳性率86.9%。而控制养犬后调查换代家犬31只未见感染,人体病例亦不再出现。结论:流行区控制养犬后消灭了传染源,经17a跟踪观察,该地区达到了阻断结膜吸吮线虫病传播的目标。
Objective: To elucidate the relationship between human conjunctival sucking nematode disease and dog infection in Wuhe area. Methods: Investigate the transmission media for conjunctival suction nematodes and take control of the prevalence of this disease before and after raising the dog. RESULTS: The media for the diagnosis of conjunctival parasitosis was proved to be Amiota variegata (re-identified as Drosophila Amiota okadai) by investigation in 1989; 1985/2008 In Wuhe County, 17 cases of cases of sucking nematode in the human conjunctiva of infants were found in the year of Wuhe County, during which period the positive rate of this insect was 86.9%. The control of the dog after the investigation of replacement dogs 31 no infection, human cases no longer appear. CONCLUSIONS: Infectious sources were eliminated after control of dogs in endemic areas. After 17 years follow-up, the target of blocking the transmission of conjunctival parasitic nematodes was achieved in this area.
