作为世界上的钢铁生产大国,中国需要高等工科院校培养大量钢铁领域工程师人才。然而出于经济和安全等原因,钢铁生产相关专业在校大学生在企业的现场实习环节大多无法保证时间和质量,使重要的教育实践环节被迫流于形式。在校园内建设一个整合了钢铁生产全流程的仿真模拟平台,可以作为企业实习的一个重要补充。本文以北京科技大学钢铁生产虚拟仿真平台的建设,介绍学校对虚拟实习的探索。虚拟实习的开展将为学校节省大量的实习经费开支同时保证实习质量,同时还可以使学校协助钢铁生产企业培训新员工及开展校企合作科研工作。
As a big steel producer in the world, China needs to train a large number of engineers in the field of steel in the higher engineering colleges. However, due to economic and security reasons, the steel-related professional undergraduate students in the field of business practice most of the time can not guarantee the quality and quality of the important aspects of educational practice is forced into a mere formality. Building an on-campus simulation platform that integrates the entire steel production process can be an important addition to business internships. In this paper, the construction of virtual simulation platform for steel production in University of Science and Technology Beijing is introduced, and the exploration of virtual internship in schools is introduced. The implementation of virtual internship will save a lot of internship funds for the school while ensuring the quality of internship. At the same time, the school can help the steel manufacturing enterprises to train new staff and carry out the school-enterprise cooperation research.
