天津港中化石化码头有限公司作为天津港南疆港区兴建的第一个码头项目,从2011年年初开始,经过一年半左右的试运行,生产规模不断扩大,装卸货物的种类包括原油、柴油、煤油、燃料油、基础油、混合芳烃等十余种。随着新货类的不断增加,防损工作也面临着新的考验。液散货物货损主要表现为跑、冒、滴、漏与混质等。针对这些货损形式,结合公司的工艺情况,我们采取了一系列措施,力争确保码头货物质不混、量不失。
