体育课程是以身体练习为主要手段的课程,以学习体育与健康知识、技能和方法为主要内容,以增进学生健康,培养学生终身体育意识和能力为主要目标的课程。它不同于其它学科,具有很强的实践性。学生在接受学习的基础上需要更多时间的体验、实践、思考、内化等,最终以适合孩子自己的方法达到学习目标。为此在二年级学生学习“跑几步,一脚蹬地踏跳,双脚落入沙坑”(人教版《体育》教材,水平一)教法上,笔者做了以下尝试:
Physical education curriculum is based on physical exercises as the main means to learn sports and health knowledge, skills and methods as the main content, in order to improve student health, develop students’ life-long physical education awareness and ability as the main goal of the curriculum. It is different from other disciplines, with strong practicality. Students need more time to experience, practice, think, and internalize based on their learning, and ultimately achieve their learning goals in a way that suits their child’s needs. To do this in the second grade students to learn “run a few steps, a pedal to jump, feet into the bunker ” (PEP “PE” textbook, level one) teaching method, the author made the following attempt:
