采用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）对宫颈癌、宫颈糜烂、正常宫颈组织各５０例进行了人乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）的检查。结果提示从宫颈正常组织到癌，ＨＰＶ＿１６、ＨＰＶ＿１８的检出率逐渐升高，尤其ＨＰＶ＿１６呈明显梯度关系，宫颈癌检出率显著高于正常组织及炎症组织（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明宫颈组织自身ＨＰＶ＿１６的感染率与宫颈癌的发生密切相关，与ＨＰＶ＿１８有一定的联系。通过癌旁组织，宫颈糜烂组织及正常宫颈刮片检测出不同的ＨＰＶ＿１６阳性率的分析，说明ＨＰＶ感染是癌发前的重要因素，指出凡检出ＨＰＶ＿１６阳性者应视为“高危人群”给予长期密切监护治疗。
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of cervical cancer, cervical erosion, normal cervical tissue of 50 cases of human papillomavirus (HPV) examination. The results showed that the detection rate of HPV16 and HPV18 gradually increased from normal cervical tissue to carcinoma, especially HPV16 showed a significant gradient, and the detection rate of cervical cancer was significantly higher than that of normal tissue and inflammatory tissue (P <0.01). Cervical tissue itself shows that the infection rate of HPV16 is closely related to the occurrence of cervical cancer, and HPV_18 have a certain connection. Through the paracancerous tissue, cervical erosion and normal cervical smear detection of different HPV16 positive rate analysis shows that HPV infection is an important factor before cancer, pointed out that any positive HPV_16 should be considered as “high-risk groups” to give long-term Close monitoring treatment.
