冬季施工,人们为了使混凝土早期获得较高的强度,常常加入一定量的氯化钠和氯化钙等氯盐早强剂。氯化钙能与水泥的水化产物作用,增加水泥矿物的溶解度,加速水泥矿物的水化;同时,氯化钙还能与铝酸三钙作用,生成氯铝酸钙,它是一种复盐,既不溶于水,也不溶于氯化钙溶液,所以能从水泥——水系统中析出结晶,提高水泥的早期强度;水泥在水化过程中有氢氧化钙析出,氯化钙与它作用会降低水泥——水系统的硷度,使硅酸三钙的水化反应容易进行,因此也提高了水泥的早期强度。
