为了统一高等学校和中等专业学校毕业生参加工作以后的临时工资待遇,特作如下规定:一、高等学校和中等专业学校毕业生分配工作以后,不论到行政机关或者事业、企业单位,也不论担任行政、技术、教学、翻译或者其他工作,他们的工资待遇,一律按照附表所列的工资标准执行。二、本规定附表所列的工资,系毕业生分配工作以后临时性的工资。凡分配到有见习期规定的单位工作的,他们的工资评定时间,应该依照该工作单位的规定办理。凡分配到没有见习期规定的机关、单位工作的,应在到职工作起六个月以内,由所在机关、单位,根据他们的各方面表现,予以正式评定。正式评定后的工资应从第七个月起执行。在正式评定工资的时候,应该在不低于他们临时工资待遇的原则下进行评定。三、高级和初级普通中学毕业生参加工作以后的工资待遇,应该稍低于修业年限相同的中等专业
