班集体是构成课堂教学活动的基本单位,是对学生进行德育教育,塑造学生良好人格的主要场所,一个创新型班集体的创设有助于为学生营造一种良好的学习氛围,调动学生的主观能动性,也有助于促进学生身心健康的和谐发展。然而创新型班集体的创设非一朝一夕就能形成的,班主任作为班集体的领导者、引导者与管理者,在班集体的建设过程中担负着重要责任。那么,中职学校在课堂教学中教师应当如何构建创新型班集体呢?这成为了广大教师共同探讨与解决的问题。基于此,本文提出了几点教学策略,以期帮助广大教师创设创新型班集体,优化课堂教学效率。
Class collective is the basic unit of classroom teaching activities, is the main venue for students moral education, shaping the students ’good personality. The creation of an innovative class group helps to create a good learning atmosphere for students and mobilize the students’ subjective Motivation, but also help to promote the harmonious development of students’ physical and mental health. However, the creation of a creative class collective can be formed overnight. As the class leader, leader and manager, the class teacher plays an important responsibility in the construction of class collective. So, secondary vocational schools in classroom teaching teachers how to construct innovative class collective? This became the majority of teachers to discuss and solve the problem. Based on this, this article puts forward some teaching strategies, with a view to helping the majority of teachers to create innovative class collective, optimizing classroom teaching efficiency.
