猴头菇是一种深受人们喜爱的药、食两用真菌。利用液体培养基培养猴头菇可在较短时间内获得大量菌丝体及其活性代谢产物。本实验首先通过不同氮源液体培养基培养的猴头菇菌丝体产量对比选取最优氮源——黄豆芽汁,然后通过配制不同浓度梯度(4%、6%、8%、10%)的黄豆芽汁培养基接种猴头菇菌种,在振荡培养的条件下分别测量猴头菇菌丝体干重、菌丝球直径、菌丝球密度、培养液PH值等相关数据,比较得出最理想的猴头菇液体培养基的氮源浓度为10%。
