加快经济发展必须依靠科技和教育,这是已经被历史证明了的真理。马克思主义认为,科学技术就是生产力。回顾历史,近代科学技术始于资本主义初期,到18世纪后期工业革命,科学技术极大地促进了生产力的发展。从19世纪下半叶开始,出现了第二次工业革命,即电气时代。科学技术对生产力的发展再度显示出威力。本世纪以来,生产、技术和科学的关系出现了前所未有的变化,使科学技术上升到了第一生产力的决定地位。
Accelerating economic development must rely on science and technology and education. This is the truth that has been proven by history. Marxism holds that science and technology are productive forces. Looking back on history, modern science and technology started at the initial stage of capitalism. By the industrial revolution in the late 18th century, science and technology greatly contributed to the development of the productive forces. From the second half of the 19th century, there appeared the second industrial revolution, the era of electricity. Science and technology once again demonstrated the power of the development of productive forces. Since the beginning of this century, unprecedented changes have taken place in the relations of production, technology and science, and science and technology have risen to the decisive position of the first productive forces.
