采用高效液相色谱法对皮革中的直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)进行测定。皮革样品采用甲醇超声波提取后浓缩至干,二氯甲烷溶解,经中性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化,浓缩至干,甲醇定容。用反相C8柱(4.6×150 mm,5μm)分离,以甲醇-10 mmol/L乙酸铵为流动相进行等度洗脱,二级管阵列检测器测定波长为225 nm。结果表明,LAS在0.5~10.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999;检测限为10 mg/kg;在10~2000 mg/kg添加水平下回收率为86.1%~96.8%,RSD均不大于13%。方法适用于皮革中直链烷基苯磺酸盐的测定。
The linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) in leather was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The leather samples were extracted with methanol and then concentrated to dryness. The methylene chloride was dissolved and neutralized with a neutral alumina solid phase extraction cartridge. The concentrate was concentrated to dryness and the methanol was fixed. Separation was performed on reversed-phase C8 column (4.6 × 150 mm, 5 μm) using isocratic elution with methanol-10 mmol / L ammonium acetate as the mobile phase. The wavelength of the diode array detector was 225 nm. The results showed that LAS had a good linearity in the range of 0.5-10.0 mg / L, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the detection limit was 10 mg / kg, the recovery was 86.1% -96.8% at the level of 10-2000 mg / kg, and the RSD Not more than 13%. The method is suitable for the determination of linear alkyl benzene sulfonates in leather.
