本试验通过水培法研究K326烟苗对不同氮(N)浓度(0、138、183、275、550、825mg/L)的生理响应。结果表明:随营养液氮浓度的提高烟苗叶色浓绿、叶绿体色素含量增加、Fo(固定荧光)逐渐降低,Fm(最大荧光产量)、Fv(可变荧光)、Fv/Fm(PSⅡ的最大量子产量)和Fv/Fo(代表PSⅡ潜在光化学活性)上升;当N浓度为550mg/L时叶绿体色素及荧光参数变化不大,反而略有下降;低浓
In this experiment, the physiological responses of K326 tobacco seedlings to different concentrations of nitrogen (0, 138, 183, 275, 550 and 825 mg / L) were studied by hydroponics.
