一、高效课堂是面向全体学生的课堂在教学的各个环节中,我根据学生不同的个性特征、基础知识、接受能力,树立以学生为主体的意识,有梯度地制订出教学目标、教学要求,设计教学内容,控制教学难度,面向全体学生,全面提高整体素质,促进每个学生在最适合自己的学习环境中求得最好的发展。在课前备课时注重分析不同学生的特点,掌握他们存在的个体差异,认真研究教材,研究课程标准,根据学生情况把学生分成相应的几个不同层次,在教同一内容时根据新课程标准,对不同层次的学生制定出相应的目标。提问和习题分层次——提简单的问题或从课本上可以直接找到答案的问题应优先考虑基础差的学生;课堂教学训练的分层次——在课堂活动的安排上,我先考虑基础差的同学,并允许其犯一些错误,而对基础好的同学则提出较高的要求。
