活体釉质的可溶性是评定釉质成分和性质的主要指标之一,反映釉质脱矿和再矿化的动态过程. 本文研究在氦氖激光作用下活体釉质可溶性的变化.研究对象是3~7岁健康小儿65例,分3组,第1组9例,牙齿正常。第2组15例,有1~5个龋斑牙。第3组41例,有3~10个龋牙。用氦氖激光照射牙颈部,功率密度40mW/cm~2,1个牙区照射90s,每次20min,每天1次,共7次。激光照射前后一小时内用脱矿液从上下前牙取釉质检测标本,测定脱出的钙,磷含量。
Solubility of living enamel is one of the main indicators to evaluate the composition and properties of enamel, which reflects the dynamic process of enamel demineralization and remineralization.This paper studies the changes of soluble enamel in vivo under the effect of He-Ne laser.The object of study is healthy 65 cases of children, divided into 3 groups, the first group of 9 cases, normal teeth. Group 2 15 cases, there are 1 to 5 dental caries. Group 3 41 cases, there are 3 to 10 carious teeth. With He-Ne laser irradiation of the dental neck, the power density of 40mW / cm ~ 2, 1 dental irradiation 90s, each time 20min, 1 times a day for a total of 7 times. Within one hour before and after laser irradiation with demineralizing fluid from the upper and lower anterior teeth enamel test specimens were measured prolapse of calcium and phosphorus content.
