随着我国社会的高速发展,国民素质也在逐步提高,致使社会对人才的要求也在不断地发生着变化。而机关事业单位的发展和进步,使得单位工作人员原有的业务水平和能力已经无法适应实际工作的需要。因此,工作人员的继续教育问题成为了摆在相关部门面前继续解决的问题。基于此种情况,笔者对机关事业单位继续教育的推广进行了深入地分析和思考,并提出了自己的几点浅见,希望能给相关工作人员提供一些有价值的参考和借鉴。
