敌敌畏是农业和家庭常用的有机磷杀虫剂,应用范围较广,由误服引起急性中毒病例较常见,而皮肤吸收引起的亚急性中毒报告则尚较少。文献报告,皮肤吸收有机磷中毒,多为1059、1605、3911等在喷撒过程中所引起,故一般以成人为多。近来我们连续遇到敌敌畏灭虱引起皮肤吸收所致敌敌畏亚急性中毒,且有致死病例,故必须引起注意。现将我院于1972年1月至1973年1月所见到的13例报告如下:
Dichlorvos is a commonly used organophosphate insecticide in agriculture and family. It has a wide range of applications, and cases of acute poisoning caused by mistreatment are more common. Subacute poisoning caused by skin absorption is still rare. Literature reports, skin absorption of organophosphate poisoning, mostly 1059,1605,3911, etc. caused by the spraying process, it is generally more adults. Recently, we have encountered successive sub-dichlorvos off lice caused by absorption of the skin caused by the sub-acute dichlorvos poisoning, and there are fatal cases, it must attract attention. Now in our hospital from January 1972 to January 1973 to see the 13 cases are as follows:
