The purpose of this paper is to compare whether the bonding of the amalgam to the tooth with composite resin can enhance the tooth's resistance to stress. Materials and Methods 28 maxillary premolars extracted by orthodontics were selected and prepared into near-far-eye (MOD) cavities and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was filled with conventional amalgam. The experimental group was acid-treated with cave enamel before filling, and then a thin layer of self-curing composite resin (Panavia EX Japan) was applied to the cave wall. The silver-mercury alloy was filled immediately before the resin was dried. After the shape of the filler body and then coated with a thin layer of resin powder into the polyvinyl chloride gel. Two
