社会经济想要持续稳定前行,不仅需要技术方面不断进行革新,同时也需要有相关的专业人才进行辅助。工商管理作为经济当中的一个重要部分,其对经济具有重要的推动作用。但是当前高校在这方面存在许多明显问题,直接影响着高校进行工商管理方面的人才培养的变革结果。笔者就是在分析高校现存问题的基础上,进行解决问题的途径探索。
If the social economy wants to move forward steadily and steadily, it will not only require continuous technological innovations, but also need relevant professionals to assist it. As an important part of the economy, business administration plays an important role in promoting the economy. However, there are many obvious problems in this regard in colleges and universities, which have a direct impact on the result of the reform of personnel training in business administration in colleges and universities.
