外加电压通过热灵敏度漂移补偿自平衡电桥对压力传感器进行激励,其输出信号经热零点漂移补偿自平衡电桥电路后,用仪用放大器放大到满量程达5V电压,然后输送到比较电路、放大的压力值输出信号与分压电路的10个基准电压分别输入到差动放大器的正和负端。当前者大于后者时,差动放大器便输出正电平,LED导通并发光。依据发光的LED个数可判断被测压力的大小。
The applied voltage is compensated by the thermal sensitivity drift self-balancing bridge to stimulate the pressure sensor. The output signal is compensated by thermal zero drift from the balanced bridge circuit and then amplified by the amplifier to a full scale voltage of 5V and then sent to the comparison circuit. Amplified pressure value output signal and the voltage divider circuit 10 reference voltage input to the positive and negative differential amplifier. When the former is larger than the latter, the differential amplifier outputs a positive level, the LED turns on and emits light. According to the number of LEDs can be judged by the size of the measured pressure.
